Hi Betty, This is a completed tag( picture and text) and we are unable to add anything to it as it is a finished item. I an unable to read the tag/copyright mark so I do not know whose it is. Can you tell me where you got it from or find out who made it.

 If it is from our tag library I may be able to trace it.
