You do copy and paste and use them on a page or message board in MSN groups. You start at upper left hand corner of the page, hold down left mouse button and drag to the bottom of the page and you can tell you have selected as the text gets highlighted. Then you just take webset where you want to use it and do a paste. If you have a lot of backgrounds you like and you want to safe them you can join our background warehouse group where I make you a message board of your own to stash your websets on. It is not a snag site so you should not snag things from other members boards but just store yours there. Go here and apply to join. You can't save an assembled webset to your computer only the tiles unless you save the background as html in a notepad document. Then when you use it you open up your notepad document and copy and paste the html and then use the "Use HTML to create your page" feature on MSN pages and message boxes. OK?
