This is not something we can do making tags.  You n eed to do this with your excel program.  Check out this microsoft help area:  http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/FX100485361033.aspx?pid=CL100605171033   This kind of thing has nothing to do with tags dear.  You will have to use your Office Excel.  Microsoft has help area and templates etc. on the link above.  Teddie
