We are very strict about proper copyrights and using art that is general rated.  This is a snag site that many come to to get things to build their groups.  So, we feel that everything here should be safe.  Please use our safe artist list and check it often as there are always artists being added and changes that need done as artists change their sites and terms of use.

We have a new mailbox system that is shared by five groups in our group network.   We are making you a mailbox so if you join Chat Central Gateway, Background Boutique, PSP& Playground or Free Graphpics Learning Center do not request another mailbox since  those groups are our partner sites and many of our members here belong to several of our parnter groups as well.
