Even if you or a loved one needs 24 hour care they will provide that as well. They also provide respite services so your fulltime caregiver can have a break. ND. will pay a loved one money to care for you but they do need to have a few skills taught to them by someone if they don't know how already like taking blood pressure which can be with a battery operated one and you need to have these things signed off by a nurse that you have demonstrated common knowledge of a few things.
