I have just read this and boy is that on the mark, when your ill why do people always want you to snap out of it? like as if you enjoy being in pain, nottttttt

I get a lot of "You need to get out more", and I give up trying to explain how exhausted I feel

I feel sometimes guilty that I have MS, because trying to make people understand, to be honest I have stopped trying now I just say I'm fine, because thats what they want to hear.

I would say in answer to this, gentle hugs I hear you
