Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk solids
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons melted butter or oleo

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Yield: about 1 1/4 cups.. this is about the same as 1 14oz. can. Store in refrigerator.

Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk - OutdoorLadybug 

1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup nonfat dry milk
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Place all ingredients in the container of an electric blender in the order given; process on medium-low speed for 2 minutes.

Allow to cool to room temperature before using in a recipe or store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes 1 1/4 cups or the equivalent of 1 (14-ounce) can.

MYO Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milks

1 C. powdered milk
2/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. boiling water
3 T. margarine
2 T. white Karo® syrup

Combine all ingredients in a blender and
mix until smooth.
Makes 1 1/4 cups, the same as one can
sweetened condensed milk.

Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

(Similar to Eagle Brand)

1 c. plus 2 T. non fat dry milk 
3/4 c. sugar 
1/2 c. water

Dissolve sugar in hot water. Cool. Add powdered milk...mix until smooth. (Use blender).
