Pressure Cooker Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 lb lean ground beef 1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage 2 cups sliced mushrooms 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 2 bay leaves 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes 6 oz. can tomato paste Brown beef and sausage in pressure cooker. Remove meat with slotted spoon and drain off fat from cooker. Return meat to cooker and the rest of the ingredients. Lock lid in place. Bring cooker up to high pressure and cook for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure and carefully remove lid. Remove bay leaves and serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
