PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY:

It really is harder to get the jest of what is going on in the community unless you come right to the site to read. Here on the site everything is in chronological order, you can read message threads in their entirity as per one post at a time. It is easier to respond to message topics. As well you can see ALL links offered on the site, the photo albums and enter the chat room.

When you respond via email, at time the messages will get posted on the wrong threads all together, which in turn messes up the topic flow and makes more work for the managers. .

Because there can be over 100 messages a day coming through this community, email boxes cannot handle the flow, will get overfilled and if the inbox is not emptied daily future messages will not make it through at all. (hotmail and yahoo email systems)

If you are not familiar with the feature, when you get into the community, change your email settings to read on the web. We have lots of posts each week, and unless you change this, your email will be flooded with messages from the board. We ask that no one respond to the messages from your email. It causes a messy board, plus the potential of virus's.

Go to HANDMAIDENS OF THE LORD at <http://groups.msn.com/HANDMAIDENSOFTHELORD/>and sign in.

Find the Home Page

Click on "Member Tools" (found on the left hand panel)

Click on "Check Your E-Mail Settings"

Under the Heading "Messages"...you need to click "On the Web - I'll read them on the message board"

Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page

Presto chango...your Inbox will once again be safe...take some time and come and read the message boards...you just might like what you see...you can pick and choose what you are interested in...rather than having it all dumped in your mailbox!

Please note! We cannot do this for you. If you ask us to remove you from the e-mailings, the only thing we as managers are able to do is ban you from the community. That is the only option MSN has given us. So please follow these very simple instructions and take care of it.

When you join please check "Read it on the Web"

to avoid getting unwanted email from the

group. You can always change this by

going to; "Tools", "Check your email settings"

and click on the correct box under "Messages." The

manager cannot make any change to your email

setting.
