Hello everyone; am here in Toronto for the very first harm reduction conference of it's kind ever.  Finally.  Anyway there are some growing pains that come along with of course watching my fellow peers high, crack kits being accessable and needles readily available with a safe room if needed.  So when I get all nervous knowing that everything is at my fingertips I just remember where I came from and go to my room have ahot bath and unwind.  Has anyone attended.
