Hey Buddy,
Hope you're doing good. You sounded so down and I just wanted to see if you were feeling any better. When I've been at my worst, depression-wise, it kicks my ass all the way to the gates of Hell and its so hard to dig myself out of that mindset. Been there, done that and most likely, will do it throughout my life. Dr. says I'm clinically depressed (and I also suffer from severe anxiety) and it sucks.
I often think it would be less painful to lose an arm or leg than deal with depression. Hang in there.

jack this is justin's other half Amber you realy sound like a very smart and clever person but then again most of "US" are. Justin is having an okay day but that is all about to change soon for both of us. You know if you punish a puppy for peeing on the floor sooner or later it learns to STOP. Why cant I be as smart as a dog??????? |

Hey Amber,
Thanks for the update. You two are lucky to have each other. Nice to meet you and in the short time I've been posting with Justin, its clear how much he loves you and how much he beats himself up. With all the beating we take from society, we sure don't need to add to it, but we do.
Don't know if I can call myself smart but we all do the best with what we have and have to forgive ourselves for what we lack. Having someone who knows and understands is something I wish I had.
Do whatever and everything you can to be there for each other and hang on, have faith and know that dude worships you.
