Don't get too down on yourself for ending up back on the juice--there are plenty of worse outcomes...It sounds like you're learning from your past & that is great....If the low dosage doesn't get rid of your chipping or even just cravings , then don't be too proud to raise yourself to an adequate dose--its not a race to see how quick we graduate--its all about the quality of ones life---good luck & welcome back to your temporary safety net...

well i can not say i know how you are feeling as i have never taken drugs but that some one special in my life has been clean for 18 months up tp 9 weeks ago and last week he told me he was taking heroin again i am gutted he really is special not to others but to me he is every thing  he also has contracted hep c through taking heroin the first time I am willing to do what ever it takes to help him and to be there for him i want him to have treatment for the hep but he can not do that untill he as been clean off the hroin for a few months, I dont know the first thing about heroin so if anyone can help me i am hear and i will listen to any advise that anyone can give me  please i really could do with some help from anyone that understands
