In the 80's I was given METHADOSE  it was cherry flavored and sweet at Jersey Clinics...at the New York clinics they called it METHADONE and was chalky orange and bitter.
 
Anybody one there know the difference, if there is one?

Methadose is just a manufacturer's brand name for methadone it has the same quaity of methadone hcl
in it the only difference is the fillers and buffers that goes into methadone that one company makes oppose to another. Some people swear that the methadose is crap compared to other brands.
