Methadone is meant to be taken orally!! It works far better when swallowed---30mg may not be enough to handle your habit---Start taking them orally & if your still in any withdrawl then get your clinic or Doc to increase your dosage--When you take your tablets take them all at once in the morning--that is the normal process unless your Doc gave you a reason why to split your dose in three...I really need to know more specifics about your habit to give you more info--your clinic should clear all this up--Be honest with them---Methadone can be a total life saver when used properly----its the only solution that helped me after a 30 plus year heroin addiction.. Hang in there & give it a chance --but you must be on a sufficient dose to get all the benefits--its different for everyone.... |

hey Indigo, thanks for replying. Ok this is first time on this site & I;m nervous cause I saw my name come up. Is that supposed to happen? can u guys see it too?Shit. I ain gettin from doc. I am mon 220 mg oc habit, run out every 3 weeks & hope to fill gap w/ metha until I can figure out what the hell Im gonna do. Whats wrong with snortin? I dont shoot em, Thanks, I need help, 122 |

Hey Pulp, This is 1st time I've ever tried done & I dont see the big deal. No buzz really. What am I doin wrong.? Whats the diff if i snort? I aint injectin. Shit, id rather have cocktail like i did in detox last year. liquid hydro, closest to heaven i ever been, rockies122, thanks |

methadone in the oral form is not meant to snort or inject it has inert
ingredients that can cause damage to your nasal passages and it can cause all
sorts of problems if you use it I/V . And you will probably waste quite a bit of
it also.
Imo your best option at this point with the
amount of oxy that you are using is to get connected with a methadone program
get yourself stabilized and then from that point try to work out a plan. While
you are on methadone you can get all the support help that you may require. and
as far as your name coming up the only name that is shown is Rockies
122.

Thanks man, nice to know there are people out there to guide, not sure i deserve it though w/ the situation i have myself in. How would i find a clinic & would they help or am i better of on my own. im rural yuppieville. they would freak if there wqas talk of a clinic here. Big city? tks Claude & others who've responded. rockies122 |

| It doesn't necessarily have to be a big city. We've only got 115,000 and I'm sure there's a clinic. Do you live anywhere near a university? There are usually clinics in university towns. |

yuppieville, I've heard of it but can't recall how to get there from here,lol.
There is help out there if you truly want it and from the sounds of it I believe
you can p[probably use some outside help,lol.

Rockie, you have to help me out as I get my
posts emailed to me so when the original post wasn't attached I have trouble
