I just sorta threw this together this morning, so it's still pretty rough.  Still, my ex/editor isn't really available, so I thought I'd tag it up for suggestions.

      darkness carresses
         mud in vain obliterates
     his face
     his name
         nod to forget, but
         not to forget
and ever in every memory

      relief of release
         trembling with desire
     to see his face
     to speak his name
as warm in my vein, but
         not in my heart
and ever in every memory

      plunge through black
         tar trandends tears
     touch his face
     hear his name
         "Anne, you went out"
how I'd love to go out
and Adin in every memory

      just breathe
         white aroma and flicker lids
     hide his face
     mute his name
         the bed of a stranger
or      the bed of a friend
as ever in every memory

I like to ask first - so, is it okay if I email you privately?  You've got someting cooking in my little head here and I wanted to bouce it off you, if that's okay.
