Good riddance to the Republican Strangle-hold on the American people---- I'm not saying that the Dems are much better, but at least the Republicans won't have a blank cheque anymore.. I did get alot of satisfaction seeing Bush & his Gang get a proper slapping--Lets hope that the Dems & Repubs can somehow work together for the betterment of the People-- --Raise minimum wage--Health Care for All--Education for All--Raise taxes for the rich & Big Business-- A pragmatic solution to the Iraq fiasco--etc etc I'm not really expecting all these changes, but I'm hoping for an improvement compared to the last 6 years of Bush Bullshit.. PS-- Lets kill Big Brother--Any suggestions? |

Indigo, Like the Beatles sang a long time ago, lol NA NA NA NA, HEY HEY HEY, GOOD BYE, GOOD BYE, I couldnt be HAPPIER!!! Lets Just keep our fingers crossed the Democrats do something for us quickly. Our governor is A Democrat and Things here really really suck right now. There are millions of people here with NO health insurance,. Working two jobs and barely being able to feed there kids. Here in Michigan especially, Our state is hurting BAD. We have the highest unemployment then anywhere else in the country right now. The state is supported by the car companies and when cars are not selling everyone feels it, the trickle down effect. Love Karen |

Young Indigo, there might just be a chink of light shining in the darkness, or a small but expandable breach in the walls of doom. Read this, http://www.infowars.net/articles/november2006/101106Rotten.htm But unfortunately, I don't think that much will change at all. Politicians and election winners are handpicked and kept in line with the "PROGRAM/LIE" by the power elite. Dems and Repubs all have the same paymasters. Millions, I repeat, MILLIONS of us must march on Washington. Just set up tents and hang out peacefully while demanding change until something happens or changes. Who knows, it's definitely out of my control what they do. Despite my exceedingly doom and gloom and totally pessimistic world view and perception of what I see happening around me in this city, Philly, and country, I have retained a very thin silver thread of hope connected to the 'divine'. Let's see if the song and dance show they have put on about "real change and bipartisanship" follows through with action or is soon forgotten as the next news "issue/crisis" takes its place in the minds of the US citizens, and so and so on, etc. Shit, I'm gonna have to work on ranting positive for a change, instead of my usual negative/angry rant. Or as you might word it Indigo, a realist/optimistic rant. I just got up and checked out the HoH scene this morning. So goodmorning to you Indigo and all therest of the Heretics. In an hour and fifteen minutes I'll be working a side job for a buddy of mine. Later on Indigo, much love, flapjack. |

It is quite awesome how wide spread the effects oft his election are.Now that Bush has lost his power, persay, Australian policies are going to turn back to what they were, or at least the radical changes little Johnny Howard was pushing thru will slow as he no longer has Gorgie's ass to kiss. As for the was/terrorist issue - there will be wars as long as men are running the planet. They are to stupid and selfish to figure out how else to solve problems - OK that was sexist and simplistic, but my point is war is part of human nature, no matter how much we detest it. Everyone has to be right. Everyone has to have what they want. It's thepowerless that know how important it is to look after each other, while the powerful screw eachother for more. I'm rambelling and can see the gaps in my words. It all just pisses me off. | | |

I agree..............you'd think that by now at least they'd have figured out a way to solve problems other than to blow up places/people. While I'm at it: why haven't we figured out a way to invent flying cars yet? |

Hi Sue, They have about six different models...they are just not out on the market yet. Think when they come out what a mess that is gonna be. Probably the airlines keeping them at bay. |

If I had the power I would teleport all nuclear technology into the deep interstellar void. Next, I would completely wipe out the top twenty five wealthiest families and their heirs and heirs children and dissolve their financial and proprietary estates. Then I would dismantle all international banking monopolies that have existed for centuries and liquify all the major worldwide mega corporations. All seats of government and power would be completely destroyed and their foundations removed. All suppressed information and technology would be released to the people and the men and women of science and medicine to be utilized for the healing of all the species and the planet via Tesla type technologies, the Priore machine, etc. And finally destroy the entire concept of credit and return this and all countries back to the gold and silver standards of currency getting rid of the federal reserve system and force the government to do it's job of running the country and not regulating and legislating about what we think or say or write or put into our bodies, or do to our bodies or who we share them with for that matter. Thank you GREAT ALL . Amen. Laterith fellow Heretics, love to all yall, flapjack |

"why haven't we figured out a way to invent flying cars yet?" Because Halliburton hasn't figured out a way to make money off of the yellow paint to mark the roads Ex |
