I googled "Open Source Center" CIA. Government data harvesting is getting closer and closer to home. We had a project with IBM for awhile to see if we could use some NSA-developed software to aid university researchers in finding relevant citations to published studies. That wasn't how NSA (National Security Administration) used it, you can be sure of that. The current data harvesting is even more ominous.
