1 can sauerkraut, drained 1/2 tsp. celery seed or caraway 1 Polish ring sausage (about 1 lb.) 1 tsp. basil 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. hot water
Mix sauerkraut and seed in a casserole dish; add the sausage. Dissolve brown sugar in water; dribble over sauerkraut and sausage. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
