Colors of Autumn
At last comes autumn and my spirit set free
A walk in the woods, so many colors to see.
Trees and scrubs, turn a brilliant red orange
and gold
The wind has a bite as the weather truns cold.
Nature, nature, you wondrous thing
You awaken my spirit and make my heart
sing.
As the wind picks up, it makes whistling
sounds
From the trees leaves fall gently down.
I feel my spirit is a part of thee
O wondrous nature, O mighty tree.
With sky the color of azure blue with
clouds puffy and white
I take it all in as silhouettes of birds,
I see that have now taken flight.
O blessed and to share the sight and the
wonder of it all
These colors, the woods and autumn air
this time we know as fall.
