Pork Chop Casserole
6 pork chops
1 16 oz. box long grain and wild rice mix
1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
Brown pork chops lightly on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and top with pork chops. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hour. Can be doubled for company. Serves 6.
