Wow, sometimes it feels like time has just stood still for awhile as things tend to remain the same, until you look at the clock or calendar and realise that your friends arn't in the same place as where you left them... It's been a very long time since I was on the site and I apoligise. Life can sometimes throw you some curve balls that take you a little off the beaten path.

   I had to leave for awhile as it just didn't seem right to be in management and eavesdropping on your real feelings. On the other hand... I am now back to a hourly surpervisory position and I am happy to be standing beside you all once again. The first question that I get asked is... Why are you not an Assistant anymore? Short answer... It was never my intention to become a store manager, moreover, it was a required step to the end game. I have always wanted to work in HO for the Technical Specialty Divisions for the design and layout of their areas and the procurement of the equipement they use. So here I am... one step closer.

   In my return to the site, I am faced with a sad and exciting fact... The site that has helped to mold my career and forge my bond with so many Walmart associates all over the world is closing. It seems like only yesterday that I was joining the original site, then there was the creation of this site, now we will all embark on a new journey to another site that I can only pray will have as positive an effect on the lives of it's members as this one did.

   My best wishes go out to you Mad. You will always be the best site manager there ever will be. Your positive role in so many lives will continue regardless of where the site will be. Remember that each day is a challenge and an oppertunity to strengthen your heart and soul as you have done for me.
