New member's messages will be reviewed, and accepted or rejected by the site mgrs.  After a few acceptable posts, the member's status will be changed to where their posts go directly to the message board.

When posting to this site, feel free to share your ideas, feelings and expereinces.

When responding to another's post, or starting a thread, avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and discriminatory remarks.  Such messages can be deleted by the site mgrs.

Members whose posts become offensive will have their status changed back to where their messages are moderated.

Moderation of messages is used to protect members from SPAM, as well as abuse from other members, and people who post just to cause trouble.

Members must post to the site, within 30 days of joining, in order to maintain membership  Those who choose not to post, will have their memberships cancelled.  Those who post spam to the site will also have their memberships cancelled.  A member can rejoin after having their membership cancelled, but their posts will be moderated, as are all new member's posts.
