GREAT nickname! Took me a minute to figure it out. Sorry I didn't approve your messages sooner. From now on, your messages will post to the site instantly. I'm not sure how I missed them for so many days, but maybe I forgot to check for them. I normally do that everytime I visit the site. Anyway, welcome to the site! Nice to see you jumping right in with questions and observations. Mad |

I am impresed you figured out the nickname. Many, oh heck, most do not. You must have a great sense of humor. No prob on the timing. Since I wrote this my favorite CSM and another CSM have been asked to step down. This make three in a couple of months. I know the one deserved it while the other two's behavior has always been above reproach. One took my advice and contacted our Dist. Mgr. by email. Most of the fuss is centered around a young assc. who thrives on crises. This is the first time I have been physically ill from a work related issue. I have always had the ability to adapt to change well, but major upheaval takes a bit more. |

I hope that things at work are better by now, nana. What are you doing to ease your frustrations at work? Mad |

Hi Mad. Doing all right. The crisis junkie got fired for theft of at least $1400.00 all caught on tape. Dumb Dumb Dumb. I guess I was not raised by the right people or in the right era (?). I cannot imagine how stupid she must be. And her mother runs the local VOA house! Plus she was going to college for a criminal justice degree! someone said something about her being arrested in the breakroom a couple of days afterward (there's your breakroom talk). Her buddy said they were not to gossip about people. She was told it was not gossip if it was true. Have you heard anything about a change in the hourly dress code? |
