The day before my former co-mgr's last day, a friend asked me if it was his last day.  His name is Richard.  She's from the Philipines, and when she said "Richard" it sounded like Ree-Chard.

Another friend said in a loud voice "Retard!!??"

I told him about it, and he said "Great, now that will be my nickname after I leave."

And guess what?  It is.
