In our store we have the following

going on at night the night crew does

all the cleaning and help customers

during the day and midshift does help

customers only we have some workers

doing more than others some mangement

support taking more breaks that usual

and finally after so long the night crew got

some well deserved recognition from the

market tteam we all got some food and 20 minute

extra break rewards which I thought I was a good

gesture by theose people. For myself I spend half

the night in reezing cold to do carts and freezing. Other than

that I can't complain....

How about a 4 hour job in one hour

pciking up carts usually takes that long

but when district was comming I had to

time crunch it.

Yesterday we had a meeting of regional grocery co-mgrs at our store. Mgmt was worried about it, but they said our store looked good. My backroom looked better than it did the day before and I didn't have to do it all!

Luckily, last night my good 3rd shifter worked, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to do some finessing; instead of working all the back stock again.
