Instead of 10% extra off for a one purchased item for Christmas we now will have 10% off for all of grocery not already discounted. Of course this excludes liquor, tobacoo, and scripts.
"Limited time only"

Are you excited?

I think its wonderful.  I do most of my grocery shopping at Wally anyway.  Of course we have the complainers fussing about what else they could be doing for us.  I for one am happy to have a job and the discount is a big plus and it is something that they don't have to give us.

Discount runs from 11/17  to 1/01.  That lets us buy all our holiday needs with a discount.

One of the best holiday bonuses I have received.  Hmm, 10% of groceries for six weeks!

Other years I wasn't lead into buying large items that I couldn't afford for the extra 10%. I like this idea.

Concensus at our store is "Hooray"!  That extra 10% on food items will help a lot of associates...so many never were able to use the "extra" 10% anyway.  LS

My knee-jerk reaction was to be bummed because I need new glasses and that was the plan for the extra 10%.  But ultimately since I do groceries at Walmart*, I come out ahead this way.

So HOORAY!

I never really used the extra 10% anyway.

NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was planning to use it to buy a set of tires for my husband's car.  We bought a set of tires for his truck, and  got 20% off the tires and the installation.
However, I do buy almost everything from my store, so that is a good deal too.

Arc--You are so right.  I have improved my attitude toward my job, because I am SO lucky to have a job at all.  Last week I wore myself out, and was happy to, because it's so much better than looking for a job, losing my home, living on the street; that kinda thing.
