Is there a grievance procedure in place for Wal-Mart employees concerning mental abuse from a co-worker?  I know all of you are howling with laughter, but I am serious.  I have gone to my CSMs & my Asst. Mgr. to no avail. My Asst. Mgr. says she does not know what to do with or about the co-worker.  I feel she is harrassing me continually.  The CSMs would like to do pretty much the same thing I want to do at this point - alas she is still breathing.  Any suggestions or info?  Legal suggestions only.  I am quite capable to think of enough illegal ones on my own!
