Familiarize yourself with your area of the store. If you have to break down truck for 3rd shift, try to put freight on correct cart. As a 3rd shift associate, it is a pet peeve of mine to come in and "resort" carts. I realize the new associate training sucks. Its best to try some initiative and try to get comfortable with what goes where. It'll take a little time but well worth it. Best of luck.
