I noticed the new Elmo last night too.  He says Elmo loves you and blows kisses.  He does other things too.  I am a sucker for Elmo.  I think he is a little pricey.  They were not selling that fast at my store.  I love how Walmart always believes the customer first and never the associate.  In America I thought someone was always innocent until proven guilty.  There probably is not a working camera nearby so she will be in big trouble.  She probably had her cutter out since she was putting up stock and did not have the blade sticking out and unfortunatly she may have come off wrong.
