She used to be the Training Coordinator. She acts like she's above the rules. Yesterday a friend of mine was waiting to use the computer at the dept mgr's workstation, and the other dept mgr was sitting in front of one, using her cellphone.
I thought using a cellphone while "on the clock" was a coachable offense unless you had a good reason. Or is this another case of the "rules" not applying to all?
