How can you start a program without enough associates and geminis?

 

I waste hours each week picking and rebinning so I can bin overstock or freight not worked. And since I have only two hands I can only bin and if it beeps to stock "oh, well". Have to clock out on time. Although I have put the merchandise on a starter pallet so it can be worked O/N or when I get there in the am.  Decisions, decisions.........
