This is for anyone from the service desk or actually photo lab.  What is your return policy on memory cards.  My department manager says they must be unopened.  Our assistant will take them back even if they are opened.  We can't tell if anything is on them (maybe photos if we test it in the picture maker) we can't see any software may be on it or maybe a virus.  We have to send them back to claims but we don't get any credit for them.  No one will  buy them once they have been opened either.  The one we had to take back today was a SDHC 8GB card.
