Get a Pork or beef steak, hell even a whole chicken, duck or turkey.
1 big onion, chopped.
1 bag of lipton cup of soup, onion or garlic mushroom.
1 crop of green onion tails.
1 tbl spoon salt.
1 tbl spoon minced garlic.
1 tbl spoon minced onions.
1 tbl spoon cayenne pepper.
1 tbl spoon whorshtishire sauce.
1 tbl spoon minced parsley.
1 cookin pan with cover or foil big enough to hold whats to be roasted.
1 measuring cup.

Preparation:
Day before cooking, thaw out meat.
That nite, if a roast, take a knife size of your finger, stab holes in roast almost all the way through about every other inch.
Mix the garlic, onions, cayenne, parsley, whorshtishire, and salt in a cup.Stir till pasty.
Take your finger and stuff about a half teaspoon in each hole.
If roast is needing more, make it.
With what is left over, smear all over out side of roast bottom and top.Cover with saran wrap and store in frig overnite.

Preheat oven to 400 degree's.
Grease pan with PAM or some substitute, olive oil, etc.
Put the roast in the pan and place in oven, every 15 minutes, turn till golden brown.
When good and brown all over, add enough water to fill pan 3/4 full.
Add chopped onions, liptons cup of soup, chopped green onion tales and cover.

Simmer for about 4 hours turning roast every 30 minutes with pan covered. Or till meat begins to fall appart when you fork it over.

It is optional to you to add carrots, or potatoes.
Half way through you can add some flour mixed with water to thicken gravy.

Cook up some rice, serve roast with gravy and veggies..

***Birds you do the same, just stuff it fully with jopped onions and stuffing mixture.
Be sure to stab it inside out before stuffing so seasoning and soak into meat.
Birds may not cook the same time as roast. When it wants to fall appart or leg bone wants to pull out , it is done.

Bon Appetite'  Softie
