LOVE’S TIME.
Would I love you in our instant meeting,
Lose sense of time in just one glance.
Does love have that power, itself so fleeting,
That bullies a notion into trance?
Who said that love was a time of association,
The period of a full-term trial.
No passion is worth just a seconds?fascination,
Love needs the length of lifetime’s style.
Quick then was my sense in lust, full devoured,
Fast the need to quench all feeling.
And then once drunk, would this love be soured,
Love’s time now, not so appealing?
There is no rush to school this element of emotion,
Love came fast to me, I know,
But this sensitivity cannot be lost with times?erosion,
For you will my love only grow.
