Organized Crime Unit aka Criminal Gang Unit

The Mayor and Presidential personnel have huge concerns on the gang activity that is only building in the LA area. They have appointed two Government Detectives to lead this newly created unit. What is the goal? To control the gang rate and activity. This is a totally different unit from the LAPD. They are here under the request of the Governement. The LAPD is merely second-hand people that they might need once in awhile. Strict orders to get the gang activity down is given, Deken and Lucy are to lead this unit.
