Oh Red, I have just had my last 'E' mail to you returned, the person said I had been sending to the wrong address. No wonder you have not received my "thank you" for your lovely card and had not received my electronic Christmas card. Please send me your correct address, I must have missed something out, or added something. Luckily this lady has at last let me know I have not been sending my 'E' mails to you. but this stranger Hi Tigs, how is the cold, hopefully a bit better now, but then again perhaps not quite and a few more days in bed with a good book just might do the trick I went to physio this morning-just as I think I have got it right he changes the playing field and gives me other exercises to do!! anyway he is peased with me, and has said that I should now try to make do with just one crutch-not bad for just four weeks is it? and I must say the scar that the specialist has done is very very neat, and obviously he was nearly as good as you Tigs with his "cross stich" (thats what it looked like when I had the stiches in) Big Black cross stich!! Jasmine went out with Kim again to day, and they had a good time, just going to the shopping mall and having lunch, then looking round all the shops, I think Kim bought some Christmas wrapping paper and things whilst she was at it, and then they went to the library, and did lots of things there. They were gone for four hours so they must have enjoyed themselves. The paediatrician was very pleased with Jasmine yesterday, she has grown and showed off her reading to the doctor by insisting on reading the little book that was on the wall. She could not do anything like that the first time she went. Watched Coronation street this evening, lots of nothing really, still hopefully it will get more interesting again soon. My brother phoned from Australia so we had a nice long three way chatt. Bill and I on a phone and him on the other end, so it ended up a lot of laughs, especially I think my brother was on his second whisky!!! Well, will say look after yourselves everyone, and enjoy your day.

Good afternoon Ann and thank you for your emails. Hopefully by now you have Red's correct one. My cold is still very much with me and I spent a large part of last night coughing until I propped myself up in bed and I 'seemed' to sleep but don't think it was quality sleep. I have rung in sick again as I don't think I am really up to working and also don;t think it is fair to be passing it round. I politely declined shaking hands with the solicitor this morning for the same reasons. We went to the solicitor's this morning and had our concerns answered and have decided to go ahead with the claim. By the beginning of next week the chap who hit Robert and his insurance company will have a letter stating that Robert wants to make a claim for compensation. I was going to get Wac to bring the tree etc down from up the loft but I'm not sure I can be mithered today but if I don't then it will be next Tuesday before he is about again to do it. He is outside at the moment freezing to death whilst washing the motorhome which got very dirty whilst we were away last weekend. I was going to do the interior which only really needs a quick hoover and wipe down but as I am feeling so poorly and we won't be using it till after xmas I will leave it and do it before we next take it out so it is pristine for our next trip. I'll be back later when I've more to add. ttfn |

Hello girls, Aww ANn, I will send you my addy again, nice of that lady to let you know that you had the wrong address. How wonderful for Jasmine, she must be beaming with pride. Glad you think your knee looks good, before long it will be working like a new one Aww Tigs, even your font looks poorly, lol. I hope you can nip this cold in the bud soon, as we both know you do not have time for it. I am almost done shopping, only a couple gifts left to buy and all the wrapping to do . Hard to get in the spirit with feeling so tired. Joe cleaned the bird cage this morning, lol. I guess it must have looked unloved. Patty is here as she spent the night so I am going to go to lunch with her after her shower. Joe will probably go with us as well. I am hungry for some chimmichungas, (mexican) Try to have a nice day ladies, poor Ann with a painful knee, and our TIgs with such a bad cold , I almost feel guilty that I can only complain about being tired. But it doesn't seem to go away.  It is a VERY nice day today, and I have had to turn on the AC once again. I hope your having a nice day!!! |
