Dear friends,

I ask that you keep an open mind as you read through this.  John Silveira is one of my favorite Americans, and his writing style is most unique.

While history is considered to be among the most boring classes ever attended, by most people, Silveira seems to have a way of making it very interesting.  He'd make a great history teacher.

Enjoy.

Who were the best...and worst U.S. Presidents?

(A teaser is inserted below -- Joel)

“If you want an activist President, you’re probably a Democrat,?he said, “although you may also be a modern-day Republican. If you want a President who leaves the people alone, you’re probably an old-time Republican, a 19th century Democrat, or—and this is more likely—a modern-day Libertarian.?
