We are the Six Pack Joes of America, we come and go, we never make the headlines as we are the Hamburger Flippers and street cleaner sweepers of this great land that pay more taxes than CEOs of this nation. Yes we are Six Pack Joes of America ,Hamburger flippers and streets�?cleaners sweepers of this land,
When our leaders need to keep our freedom flag flying high, they called on the minimum wage earners of the land to pick up a gun and sent to a foreign land to fix up the screw ups that our leaders have made on this great land. We are the six pack joes of America.
When we have fought for our country glory and come home to our loving land, Flags will wave and we will be marching to the tunes of marching bands,
we will stand tall with pride, for we went over seas as boys and came back as men,
But we remember that we are viewed as the six Packs Joes of America by the leaders of this land.
When we come home, in time all is forgotten and we will the Hamburgers flippers and street cleaner sweepers once again, doing three jobs to keep a roof over our head to get out of the rain, health Insurance, colleges for our kids and retirement plans are damned.
For remembering we are the Six Pack Joes of America, Hamburger Flippers, street cleaner sweepers, waiting to be call back again, to clean up the screw ups of our leaders of the land.
Promises of America Apple pie always come dry after we vote for the man. We hoping for a better job before we die, But guess what? It was all a lie, so we are old and gray and still we are the Six Pack Joes of America, the Hamburger Flippers, and street cleaners�?sweepers of the land waiting to be call back again to fix the screw ups that our leaders made on this great land.
As I see it thru the eyes of an old man.
