In the first place, this isn't going to happen because there will never be 96% agreement on anything in our government. There will always, always, always be those who march to a different drummer. In the second place, if there was even a 90% agreement we would be living in a dictatorship.

 

I think they should limit every single bill on the congressional floor to 100 words or less, refrain from adding a bunch of silly nonsense and fifty cent words, and write fewer laws, not more laws to contradict one another.
