Do you think it'd be a good thing that a simple majotity couldn't pass Social Security? That a simple majority couldn't build up a military to the point it exists today? That a simple majority could pass taxation on property?

 

All these things would less likely occur. And I received a suggestion that an audit should occur after each election so it wouldn't give a legislator the ability to conspire.

 

But you are right it'll never happen in todays world.
