What to find on a crisp winter morning but frozen friggin' water lines.  God I am beginning to hate winter.  Would help if one checks the breakers on those  plug in with the built in breaker or maybe  does not shut my heater off down there.  I got up at 5:50  and  went to the bathroom.  Flushed the toilet and it did not fill.  Tried the sink NO Water  and came out here to see if it had got this far.  Sure enough so down under the trailer I got in my pj's  and   found my heater had been shut off and a light left on   does a lot of good just blows the breaker on the plugin or some one shut it off.  Less than 10 min of heater on and the  heat tapes working and I had   water again.  Still it pisses me off.
Jer is leaving at  8 am so  what a way to send him off.  But if I do not tell him he will be really mad.  So I will tell him but I have it going already.    God my coffee tastes good this morn.
Not sure what I am gonna do today as it is soooo coold out and I   feel like being a couch potatoe or something warm I think.

Be back later.

Have a good day and stay warm.

Brenda

This weather is for the birds - at least they can just tuck their beak under their wing. My hubby was in Calf. for a week and it nearly killed me, can't imagine packing his bags and seeing him off on  a regular basis. This is my first year on an acerage and its sure interesting, you pay a lot more attention to the weather forcasts for sure. And the poor horses, yipes I feel so sorry for them, I am temped to sneek them in the basement, lol. There was a few days there Gypsy had a big lump of ice on her top lip, I was going out there a few times a day and just holding my hand on her face to melt the ice, poor thing. I have always had a barn before this so its all new to me. I guess it must be the way she drinks water as the other two don't have the same problem.  Well, the forcast is for a nice weekend, and a long one at that. Happy Valentines Day everyone.
