IDENTIFYING MARKS:
3 year old, black Thoroughbred/Warmblood
gelding with no white markings. 17HH with
a very thick, long forelock and
long tail. Only distinguishing mark is a
missing front tooth with the other front tooth
only partially showing. Answers
to the name “Cyber�? Also
has fuzzy tufts of brown
fur coming from his ears. Started in
dressage.
Stolen from North Texas Equestrian Center,
Wylie, TX (near Dallas) on 3/20/2002,
between 7-9 pm.

This is an old case but he may be out there somewhere.  Maybe in your pasture
or a friends?  I have contacted owner for more information.  This is a lease
agreement gone bad.

LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION:

IDENTIFYING MARKS: (brands, tattoos, scars,
color markings, body markings, etc.)He does
have a scar on one of his hind legs by his
hock I believe it is his right hind.  He has a
star a strip and a snip on his face.  He has
no other white markings on him .  He is pigeon
toed .

(DESCRIBE HOW HORSE WAS  STOLEN AND ANY OTHER REMARKS.)I leased my horse to a
lady who I thought was using him
for a trail horse. She took him on 9-22-96  I
had been over to her house to visit him a few
times .  He seemed fine .  So I stopped
bugging her and I became busy with my new
family I had a baby in 1998 then again in 1999
Needless to say I have been busy .  So I did
not get out to see him anymore I would just
talk to his new caretaker over the phone and
she ensured me he was fine.  Then in the
Spring of 2001 I went to visit him But to my
surprise the pasture was empty ! When I tried
to call the person who had my horse she would
not answer .  I had to track her down at her
work .  And after a lot of begging she finally
told me that she had given MY horse to her
Daughter So then I had to go on another wild
goose chase to find her daughter.  When I did
finally talk to her she told me she had given
MY horse to a friend in Upstate N.Y.. Some
friend she could not come up with that friends
telephone number . I just need to know that he
is okay that is all I want.  If anybody has
any info please contact me .
