Rockies have been stolen.  Thank you for any help you may offer to

Breed:  Rocky Mountain
Color:  Chocolate with white mane and tail;  with star
Age:  2 years old this spring
Weight:  average weight
Height: ~14.2 - 14.3 hands
Characteristics: naturally gaited horse, excellent under saddle
How Stolen:  taken from barn between 10:30 am and noon.

Horse #2:  Pearl
Breed:  1/2 Rocky Mountain; 1/2 Tennessee Walking Horse
Color:  Appears completely white; very light palomino with white
mane and tale; dark eyes and feet
Age:  2 years old this spring
Weight:  Average weight
Height:  ~15 hands
Characteristics:  naturally gaited horse, excellent under saddle;
very gentle
How Stolen taken from barn between 10:30 and noon.

Police reports have been filed.  Case  is being investigated by TN
Department of Agriculture.

From owner of horses stolen on Valentines Day & later recovered at
NC auction:

Cody and Rain were stolen on Valentines Day and located at the
Boiling Springs sale in NC...horses went to King, NC and Fletcher NC

Hi All!!
   Well my horses are home,and it is so good!!!It's hard to tell the
feelings of when you go find your horses are just gone, and that you
may never see them again. The hurt is awful to all of my family and
friends.
   The good part of this story is that I got them back!!!It took a
lot of quick work, touching the right person, at the right sale that
night, who saw the horses being sold.
   Now it is catching the crooks, that should not be hard since like
most thieves here they were not real smart, and used their own name
on the sale bill,coggins test (  which is a joke)and payment check.
They have not been picked up yet, but I will keep pushing until they
are,as  these men may have stolen horses before, and will do it
again too.
   Thanks to all who are out there, if we all work together we CAN
get horses back, and make the horse thieves think again.!

Great News!

Codieco & Triple 8's have both found sponsors!

We still need donations to cover the costs of Triple 8's medical and
4 months of care while being held as evidence in a criminal
investigation. Triple 8's was seized as evidence and later ordered
forfeited by the court. He is now in the EPN Sanctuary Program.
