Million Dollar Dream Pie`s

1 - Large can of Peaches sliced
1 -Large can of crushed Pineapples
1 -Large tub of cool whip
1 -Bag of cocnut
1 -Jar of red or green cherries
4 - gramcracker crust
 
In a large bowl mix everything together,pour into pie shells,and place in
the freezer for 2 hours.
Make sure if any lefted over pie you place either back in freezer or
refrigerator.
This is my simple "Million Dollar Dream Pie"
You can add nuts if you would like

Green    Mayonaise

1/2 clove garlic,minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1 egg
1 cup salad oil,divided
Place all ingrients except 3/4 cup salad iol into blender and puree for a
few seconds.Add remaining iol in a steady stream.
Serve as a dressing for chilled vegetables.
Makes about 2 cups mayonaise.

                  Cucumber Dressing
1 quart Hellmann`s mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic
1 large onion
Jucice of 1 lemon
1 large cucumber
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Accent
salt to taste
Blend ingredients in the blender.Refrigerate until ready to use.
Keeps well.
Excellent over a tossed salad or sliced tomatoes.
Makes 2 quarts.

                   Garlic French dressing
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in jar and shake well.
Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
 
 
               Sweet Potato Biscuits
2 cups sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup mashed ,cooked sweet potatos
3 Tablespoons milk,or more
Sift dry ingredients,cut in shortening and blend in sweet potaotes.Add
enough milk to make soft dough.Knead lightly.Roll on lightly flored board to
about 3/4 inch thick.Cut into squares or rounds with biscuit cutter.Bake on
ungreased sheet at 400*(F).May be prepared ahead and stored in refrigerator
covered with damp cloth or frozen until ready to bake.These are especially
good for breakfast on Christmas with a main meal.
Serves 6
 
                  Daddy`s Deal
1/2 cup butter              2 eggs,beaten
1 cup milk                   1 cup flour
confectioner`s sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Melt butter in heavy iron 12- inch skillet or 8x8 inch baking dish.Mix
eggs,flour.cinnamon.and milk to a rough consistency and pur mixture over
butter in skillet.Bake in preheated 375* or 400*F oven oven for 20-25
minutes.
Sprinkle confectioner`s sugar on top and serve for breakfast with
syrup,jelly or jam.
Serve 4.

          Potato Chip Cookies
1 cup butter,softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup crushed potato chips
Cream butter and sugar;add vanilla,flour and potato chips.Drop by 1/2
teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350*F.
Makes 4 dozen cookies
 
 
         Peppermint Ice Cream
1/2 pound peppermint stick candy
       broken into pieces
1 cup boiling water
16 large marshmallows
1 pint whipping cream,whipped
1 cup half and half cream
In top of double boiler over hot water melt candy and marshmallows in
boiling water.Chill in loaf pan or oblong Pyrex dish in freezer until
slightly thickened.Blend whipped and half and half creams.Add to partially
frozen mixture.Freeze,stirring once.
Serves 10
