During this holiday season we all get stressed from one thing or another and sometimes we carry are stress from one day to another; we go for months ignoring what we are feeling. So

With the Holiday stress and everyday stress piling upon us, are Chakras can get blocked making are bodies not run properly.

So tonight we will be doing some Chakra work to unplug us so that we can run properly through the holidays and beyond
