Finnish Flat Bread

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 2 Tbs. sugar 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1 cup buttermilk Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl or food processor. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add buttermilk and process just until dough is moistened. Transfer to a floured work surface and knead 3-5 minutes. Pat out to 1-0/1 inch thickness on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cool 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
