Marigold Muffins
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 Tbsp crushed dried marigold petals
2 cups sifted flower
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Tbsp honey
1 egg
Heat milk to boiling point, add crushed petals. In seperate bowl, sift
the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add honey and egg, combine with
dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at *400 for 20
minutes.
