Banana-Orange Smoothie
Ingredients 1 cup artificially sweetened, vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1 cup unsweetened orange juice 1 medium banana Sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Makes 3 servings.
