GooseBerry or Rhubarb Crunch
Mix 4 cups gooseberries or rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour and put in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
TOPPING:
Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup quick oatmeal, and 1 1/2 stick melted oleo. Place in pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
