Curry Chicken with Tomatoes and Corn
8 pieces of raw cut up chicken 2T flour 1 1/4t natures seasons 2 1/2t curry powder 1t cumin 1/8 dried red pepper 1 sliced onion 10oz can rotel tomatoes w/chilis 1C chicken broth
coat chicken w/the flour, 1t curry, 1/2t cumin, 3/4t natures seasons. brown in small amount oil. add all else & simmer 30 minutes. serve over rice. serves 4 612 calories 39g protein 25g fat
